Supplier guiding principles

As an internationally active group of companies, it goes without saying that Grove Foods takes responsibility along the entire supply chain. For us, this means not only implementing clear ecological, social, and ethical standards in our own actions, but also consistently demanding them in partnership-based dialogue with our suppliers and service providers.

Sustainability, human rights, and fair working conditions are not optional for us, but the basis of every collaboration. Together with our partners, we are committed to transparent procurement channels, environmentally conscious production, and socially responsible processes — worldwide and binding.

Because we are convinced that only those who act consciously along the entire value chain can create high-quality, trustworthy food products in the long term.

Responsibility at every stage of the value chain

Our suppliers are more than just links in a chain — they help shape our products. Whether it's raw materials, packaging, or transportation, we focus on long-term relationships with companies that share our values and support our quality standards.

Our principles at a glance

Transparency at all levels
We expect complete traceability of raw materials and open communication about origin, production, and processing conditions. Only those who are transparent can be trustworthy.

Fair prices & stable relationships
We pay fairly and we expect fair conditions. This is not just about price, but also about predictability, partnership, and mutual support.

Commitment to quality
Our standards are based on international food guidelines. In addition, we commit to regular audits, laboratory analyses, and internal quality assurance measures — and we demand the same from our partners.

Regionality where possible — globality where necessary
We specifically promote regional growers and producers — especially for our locally focused sub-brands. At the same time, we accept that some products require global structures — what is important is quality, ethics, and control.

Social responsibility
We only work with suppliers who ensure fair working conditions, exclude child labor, prevent discrimination, and actively invest in social sustainability.
